Due to a planned power outage from Penelec/First Energy, on Friday February 13, 2026, we will be closed from 8:00AM to 12:00PM the Elkland Borough Authority Office plans to open at 12:30PM.
If there is an emergency or inclement weather, the power outage is scheduled for Monday February 16, 2026.
